Page 2 Enter Name, Address, CC information, Email Address, Click on "Review Donation and Continue"
Page 3 Review your donation, Click on "Add Special Instructions for the Recipient (DWHSF)
This is where you enter your name, contact information (mail address, phone, email address) any special instructions, and it will be sent via email directly to DWHSF.
Click on "Donate $--.00 USD Now"
Page 4 Donation is complete, Confirmation Number (Please print your receipt)
